Dr. Ulrich Jakobus
Senior Vice President-Electromagnetic Solutions

Dr. Jakobus completed his PhD and became Privatdozent at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. His areas of research included numerical techniques in electromagnetics, antennas, electromagnetic compatibility, and bioelectromagnetics, laying the foundations for the electromagnetics code of Altair Feko He has published extensively on computational electromagnetics and related topics, is a member of URSI commission B, the German VDE/ITG, Fellow of IEEE, and Fellow of ACES, the Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society.
Mr. Brian Woods
Senior Program Manager - EM Solutions
Altair
Brian Woods received the B.Eng. and Msc.Eng. degrees in Electronic Engineering from the University of Stellenbosch in 2002. Mr. Woods co-founded Magus Pty (Ltd) in 2007, worked in research and industry roles, focusing on radar applications, antenna design, general computational-electromagnetics and technical software development processes.
Dr. Martin Vogel
Senior Program Manager - Wireless Solutions

Dr. Martin Vogel obtained his MSc in Physics and his Ph.D. in Electromagnetics in the Netherlands. He has worked on Radar Cross Section, antenna and propagation applications for TNO Defense, Safety and Security in the Netherlands, and had a one-year assignment at the US Air Force Research Laboratory.
