This free FEMFAT advanced training is a one-day course that will cover the basics for getting started with WELD fatigue analysis using FEMFAT software, as well as an overview of modal based fatigue with FEMFAT (including SPECTRAL and Harmonic). The course combines lecture and hands-off workshop examples to teach you how to set up and run fatigue analyses.

After completing this course, you will have a grounded understanding of advanced FEMFAT modules and tools.  You will gain the confidence to perform analyses using FEMFAT WELD, SPECTRAL, and the Harmonic tool. Time permitting and depending on the progress of the class, the instructor may also cover an example of fatigue analysis on rotating parts.

Who Should Attend? Engineers who have some familiarity with FEMFAT fatigue analysis and/or beginner through intermediate users of FEMFAT.
