David Jones has been in the semiconductor industry for over 20 years, starting in the DRAM design industry at MOSAID Technologies, then going on to co-found XtremeEDA and then Metrics, subsequently acquired by Altair. He has worked with many complex technologies, including ARC, PowerPC and x86 microprocessors; encryption; ATM and video processing. David has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
